I'm often asked, "Why do you photograph weddings?" My answer is simple.
I like to spend my time in the company of people enjoying their happiest day, surrounded by the family and friends they love — everyone dressed to impress. So I say, "Why wouldn't I do this?" Being a wedding photographer really is one of the best jobs in the world: capturing the moments of a couple's special day and presenting them with memories to cherish for a lifetime.
I always recommend having a chat with your wedding photographer first. I love working with fun, laid-back people who just want to enjoy their day while we snap away. Most of the time I let you do your thing, occasionally stepping in to set up a few key shots.
I don't ask for any commitment upfront or expect you to sign on the dotted line there and then — I want you to be sure you've made the right choice. After our meeting I'll even give you a week to decide you're happy too. During our chat we plan each part of your day so there are no surprises, and I offer full and part-day packages at very reasonable rates.
"Can't fault the effort Ben made to capture the precious memories of our wedding day. Took some stunning photos and was excellent with our guests. Highly recommend."
Nominated and chosen as a North West regional finalist in The Wedding Industry Awards — a real honour, and thanks entirely to the wonderful couples I've worked with.

The best way to know if we're a good fit is a relaxed chat. Drop me a line and let's talk about your day.
